This magnificent model is from the famous anime and manga series Nausicaä. She is made by Bandai, riding her animal named Kai in a very nice pose.
The pieces have to be plugged together, so you won't need any glue. All pieces have the same color, so you might want to paint it. There's a Japanese instruction with lots of comprehendible pictures included, so it's not that difficult figuring out which parts have to been put together.
