This magnificent mecha model is from the famous anime and game series Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, made by Bandai.
The pieces have to be plugged together, so you won't need any glue. The pieces are colored, but if you prefer a really realistic or individual look you might want to paint it. There's a Japanese instruction with lots of comprehendible pictures included, so it's not that difficult figuring out which parts have to been put together.
The finished figure is fully articulated.
